Seven card stud poker rules
7 Card Stud is the most popular version of the stud and is played between two and eight players. Each player receives seven cards in total: three sides and the bottom four sides in the air. We play 7 card stud poker in auction fixed ("limit").
Objective
The objective is to form the best five cards among the seven cards dealt.
Blinds
Ante
7 Card Stud is usually played by betting an ante that is approximately equal to one-fifth the lower limit. Each player must pay the ante before receiving his cards. The ante is the beginning of the pot but do not count in the auction that players are led to do next.
Bring in
After the first round of giving, when each player has one card face up and two cards face down, the person who wears the lowest card face up to automatically pay the bring-in ", this which means that it must post half the lower limit to the pot. If two or three players have the lowest card is one that is closest to the donor who must pay the bring-in. This counts as opening up the pot, which means that if no one raises, the player who has the bring-in bet with nothing else to see the next card.
Betting Rounds
There are five betting rounds. In 7 Card Stud Stakes fixed bidding increment as the lower limit in the first two rounds of betting, then by the higher limit in the last three. If for example you're at the table 3-6, the first two rounds of bidding in increments of 3 and 3 in those last three rounds in increments of 6 by 6. A maximum of three raises is allowed for each betting round.
1. First betting round (3rd Street) - Two cards are dealt face down and one card is dealt face up to each player. The player with the lowest up card must post the bring-in by betting half the lower limit. He may choose to raise by betting the full low limit (one then says that "complete"). The word circulates clockwise, each player choosing to move, call or raise. All bids that turn must be equal to the lower limit.
2. Second betting round (4th Street) - A fourth card is dealt face up to the players. Whoever has the biggest combination visible (at this stage, the best combination is the pair of Aces) should speak first. He may choose to pass, check or opened. If two or more players have the highest combination is closest to the donor who must speak first. The word circulating clockwise as before. If a player wears a pair at this stage, he and other players can open at the higher limit if they wish. Outside of this case, the auction of the second round must be equal to all the small limit.
3. Third betting round (5th Street) - A fifth card is dealt face up to the players. Runs the floor as in the previous betting round, the strongest combination to speak first. Warning: this auction round must be equal to all the big limit.
4. Fourth betting round (6th street) - A sixth card is dealt face up to the players. Runs the floor as in the previous round of betting. Bids for this round must be equal to all the big limit.
5. Fifth round (7th street) - A seventh and final card is dealt FACE DOWN players. Runs the floor as in the previous round of betting. Bids for this round must be equal to all the big limit. In the rare case where eight players are still down at this stage, there are enough cards for everyone. The dealer takes out a card face up and puts it in plain view of all: it is the seventh card from the hand of each and it is common to all players.
Slaughter (Showdown) - Players who have not passed after the last betting round must now compare their hands to determine the winner of the pot. This is the person who last opened must shoot first, then the next clockwise, each player choosing to turn his hand to shoot or throw it without showing it.
Often the player who is defeated by the opposing cards prefers throwing his cards without showing them to prevent his opponents do not see how he played with the coup. Tip: Most clubs offer the online option of throwing your hands always lose (muck Losing Hand "). By checking it, players will not see what cards you have played. It is generally a good thing to choose this option.
